Our Recruitment Process
The recruitment process can vary depending on the role you are applying for and where it is located, but generally we like to follow a six step process:
Step 1: Getting Started
Apply for your desired role by forwarding your CV, Cover Letter and Application Form to email@example.com
Step 2: Getting Warm
If you are shortlisted we'll be in contact to arrange, and then conduct, an interview
Step 3: Over the first hurdle
If the role is still something you're interested in, and we're interested in you, we'll set up some online psychometric testing which vary depending on the role
Step 4: The finish line is in sight
We'll contact two of your nominated work-related referees to get the lowdown on your previous work history
Step 5: One last push
We'll contact you to arrange a final interview to ask any final queries we may have and also provide you with the opportunity to grill us on what makes working here so great!
Well done! You've made it
Once all the T's are crossed and I's dotted we'll make a verbal offer to you and follow up with a written Offer of Employment.
