Our Christchurch workshop is seeking, a hands-on Service Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring customers equipment is repaired to the highest quality, first time, every time.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions on agricultural machinery
• Repair and replace defective parts
• Warranty repair work
• Pre-Delivery inspections on new gear for our sales department
• Liaising with the parts department for ordering and supplies
• Provide fantastic customer service
• Be a contributing member of the CLAAS Harvest Centre team
